About The Position

The Aquatics Shift Lead is responsible for monitoring activities at the Brigham City Swimming Pool to ensure the safety and well-being of patrons. This position acts under direction of Aquatics Supervisor, Coordinators, or designee, and serves as the on-site leader for lifeguards, cashiers, swim lesson instructors, and grounds crew, managing daily operations in the absence of Aquatics Coordinators or Aquatics Supervisor. This position provides active supervision of swimmers, enforces pool rules and safety procedures, and responds to emergencies when necessary. The Aquatics Shift Lead provides customer service and conflict resolution as needed, assists in setting up and cleaning swimming areas when necessary, and performs other duties as required. The Aquatics Shift Lead assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming aquatic environment while supporting the overall operation of the swimming pool under the direction of the Pool Supervisor or designee.
