The City of Dublin is seeking a dedicated and safety-minded professional to join our Aquatics team as the Aquatics Safety & Training Coordinator. This position oversees all aspects of aquatic safety, staff training, and risk management within the City's aquatic facilities. The successful candidate will lead recruitment and certification of lifeguards, coordinate emergency action planning and safety drills, and ensure compliance with public health and safety regulations. The Aquatics Safety & Training Coordinator serves as a key member of the Aquatics leadership team-working closely with other coordinators and supervisor to maintain operational excellence and provide an outstanding experience for both staff and community members. Given the nature of this classification's duties/responsibilities, it has been designated as Non-Exempt under the governing Fair Labor Standards Act regulations and entitled to formal overtime compensation.
