The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is hiring applicants who held a lifeguard position previously. Candidates will be required to complete a water screening and pass a training class prior to being hired. It is expected that our guards be friendly, on time and communicate in a professional manner with both team members and our guests. The pay rate for this position is $16.75/per hour. During the season, staff members will be scheduled to work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or in dire cases, anywhere under the Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella.
