This is a hands-on, in-water leadership role focused on swim instruction and instructor development. The Aquatics Manager will teach lessons, coach instructors, and ensure the delivery of the British Swim School curriculum with a strong emphasis on water safety. As the program grows, the role will take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including team development and scheduling oversight. This is a part-time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week. The British Swim School aims to make a substantial impact within communities to combat child drowning statistics, investing in quality team members to teach lessons with the mindset of being a survival school first and a learn-to-swim school second. The mission is to ensure every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. Working at British Swim School offers a chance to create a lasting impact, empower others, and share a passion for water safety, primarily working with preschool and elementary-aged kids.
