About The Position
The Aquatics Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and services of the Lehi Legacy Center, Lehi Legacy Aquatic Center, and the Lehi Community Outdoor Swimming Complex. This role requires a combination of academic and technical training, including a bachelor's degree in recreation management, physical education, or a related field, along with 5-6 years of experience in aquatics employment at an aquatics facility. The position involves a variety of administrative, managerial, and first-line duties to ensure the smooth operation of all aquatics facilities.
