About The Position

The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer focused individual that is passionate about water safety, survival, and stroke development. This person should also enjoy working with students and staff of all ages and have a high aptitude for learning, coaching other team members, and communicating effectively to customers and management. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, team management, initial and ongoing training, as well as teaching swim lessons.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• 1+ years experience of swimming school management is preferred.
• 3 + years experience in teaching swimming lessons.
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
• Assists in creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons.
