About The Position
As an Aquatics Lifeguard at Life Time, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee both indoor and outdoor recreational and lap pools, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will be actively monitoring the pool deck, maintaining vigilance over swimmers, and ensuring that all areas are safe for use. In addition to your lifeguarding duties, you will also assist in organizing and facilitating various aquatics events, such as 'Dive in Movies' and 'Poolapalooza', which are designed to enhance the community experience at Life Time. Your role will require you to greet and interact with members, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries they may have regarding Life Time products and services. You will be responsible for rescuing swimmers in distress and administering first aid when necessary. Maintaining a clean and orderly pool area is essential to ensure the safety of all members, and you will be expected to uphold these standards diligently.
