About The Position
The Aquatics Director at YMCA of the North is responsible for managing and implementing all aquatics programming at the assigned branch, ensuring quality delivery of programs that meet the needs of the community. This role involves hands-on teaching, lifeguarding, and increasing participation rates in swimming programs. The Aquatics Director will also oversee the development of a high-performing aquatics team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards while advocating for member-focused programs.
