This role oversees the development and implementation of a range of aquatic programs, services, and resources within a premier indoor swimming pool complex. You will take ownership of the facility's safety standards by regulating monthly in-services and performing regular lifeguard and instructor audits. Success in this position requires a blend of administrative precision and hands-on leadership to coordinate staff schedules, monitor lesson revenues, and manage facility usage.
