About The Position
Under the direction of the Aquatics Director and in accordance with the policies of the YMCA of Southwest Florida, the Aquatics Coordinator will provide leadership, and support operations to the Aquatics Department which includes lifeguards, swim lesson instructors, and team swim. He/She will also aid in ensuring the safety of all participants in or around the YMCA pool.
