About The Position
The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Temporary Aquatics Coordinator to support the Aquatics Director in managing daily operations, staff supervision, and program delivery for our aquatics department during the busy summer season. This role helps ensure high-quality swim lessons, swim team activities, and a safe, welcoming environment for all participants. We are looking for candidates who are available to work 40 hours per week and have flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
