AQUATICS COMPETITIVE SWIMMING SUPERVISOR The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is looking for a candidate who enjoys coaching all age groups in a full-time capacity, while creating an atmosphere of professionalism and friendly competition. The applicant will be mentoring and assisting the coaching staff of both our year-round and seasonal swim teams. There will be hosting duties for meets and proactive communication with parents, swimmers, and volunteers to promote good sportsmanship within our swim programs. The applicant will also oversee the CAA master's swimming program. Strong accounting skills are helpful, and a High School Diploma is preferred. The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role.
