Requirements

  • The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences

Responsibilities

  • Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps build confidence in both students and staff.
