Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent, while possessing a college degree is preferred
2+ years of experience in a swim school or similar environment where you work closely with families and children
Ability to commit to afternoon and weekend shifts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is highly valued

Responsibilities

Guide and inspire our team of instructors and office staff
Conduct weekly meetings
Provide top-notch training to promote their growth and development
Enrich the lives of families, students, and team members, fostering a vibrant community spirit
Ensure the safety of our staff, families, and students through effective policies and procedures
Teach and train new staff members
