About The Position

The Aquatic Rehab Center Receptionist is responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to members and staff of the Aquatic Rehabilitation Center. under the direction of the Fitness and Membership Coordinator under the direction of the Fitness and Membership Coordinator, the individual facilitates the efficient daily operations of front desk activities and membership services and supports operations of the fitness center and pool area. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective written, communicative and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs.
  • One year experience in a receptionist, clerical or administrative position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in health club, pool or fitness setting.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the efficient daily operations of front desk activities and membership services, including assisting members and guests.
  • Answers telephone calls, requests for information, conducts tours and directs communications in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintains membership files and forms, in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Assures financial accuracy and accounting of all membership and program activity through Twin Oaks Software applications.
  • Performs nightly closeout procedures through Twin Oaks.
