Aquarium & Aviary Service and Installation Technician
About The Position

Our customers look to us to create a very serene and engaging environment for their residents/customers to enjoy. This particular role will primarily be servicing of aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted livings facilities. This is an entry level position that requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly. Lifting, bending, and heavy physical demands are involved in the position. This position will require you to be out of state installing aquariums and aviaries one week a month typically. This position will require you to pass a DOT physical before a job offer can be made. Due to work being performed in long term care homes, masking/goggles may be required.
Requirements
- Experience in fish keeping and or bird keeping preferred
- Great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to continually adjust priorities to match the business need.
- Strong work ethic along with being on time and maintaining good attendance.
- Ability to successfully communicate and contribute in a team oriented environment.
- Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English.
- Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job responsibilities.
- Able to travel in your service area radius
- Heavy lifting and maneuvering is required.
- Flexibility is a must!
- High School education is preferred.
- Driver’s License required
