About The Position
The Downtown Family YMCA opened its doors in 1964 and has since been a landmark in the Downtown Boise area. The facility has a full court basketball gym, a large cardio fitness center, multiple strength training systems and rooms, racquetball courts, a climbing wall, five fitness studios, three swimming pools, and multiple youth programming areas. The AquAbility Swim Instructor is responsible for creating a safe, friendly, and helpful atmosphere for members participating in an AquAbility program. This program supports people with diverse abilities through programs that increase independence, ability, confidence, health, and well-being.
