Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst Journeyman (TMT Workflow Lead) with a Secret Clearance for the SAF/AQQ - Global Reach Programs Directorate on our STAQSS II Contract. This position is primarily focused on the ETMS2 Task Management Tool (TMT) workload management and email inboxes, ensuring effective communication and task management within the organization. The role involves directing, planning, and programming for the development, procurement, and product support of Global Reach programs, which include a variety of aircraft and related systems such as C-5, C-17, C-130 variants, and more. The analyst will serve as the focal point within the Headquarters Air Force (HAF) for Global Reach matters, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to address lifecycle issues associated with these programs. The responsibilities of the Acquisition Program Analyst include receiving and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and tracking action items and deadlines in TMT. The analyst will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining a file plan, engaging with AQ members and external stakeholders on task-related items, and creating, editing, and maintaining databases using MS Access and SharePoint. Additionally, the role requires performing reconciliations between databases, maintaining records, and executing government administrative policies. The analyst will independently review outgoing correspondence to ensure compliance with handling requirements for classified materials, and will undertake any other tasks as coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
