About The Position

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living: Nestled in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood on a nine-acre campus, the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL) is a center of excellence in providing a continuum of care. This includes the Frank Residences, offering luxurious assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55; and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation. Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing or related field with administrative experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field with psychiatric nursing experience and at least one year of psychiatric nursing administration OR
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience working in a psychiatric treatment milieu, preferably with a geriatric population
Strong leadership, supervisory, and staff development skills
Knowledge of labor relations and healthcare regulations
Working knowledge of state and federal/CMS guidelines
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate geriatric-psychiatric care
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and all levels of the organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
