In the role of APU Manager, you will oversee all employees designated to your area within the plant. Your responsibilities will include monitoring competencies within your team and developing autonomy in your area through effective training plans and follow-up actions. You will ensure that working standards are adhered to during manufacturing and assembly processes, focusing on safety, work instructions, and quality. Additionally, you will enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, define work standards in collaboration with support functions, and manage daily production activities. You will lead daily QRQC meetings that involve Safety, Quality, Labor Relations, and Maintenance, and conduct workstation ergonomics risk analysis to eliminate potential hazards. Engaging in Gemba activities with your team, you will review the top three issues and develop counter-measures. Your role will also involve reviewing action plans aimed at improving production and manufacturing performance, as well as analyzing customer line returns and resolving product issues from your area.
