About The Position

AdventHealth Medical Group in Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN/PA to join our thriving and robust Urology Team. Team comprised of 2 Urologists with offices in Sebring and Lake Placid. Work autonomously with solid patient volumes and a variety of duties. Ideal candidate should expect: Clinic based position: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Fri 8am-12pm Supportive clinic staff Mentoring and practice onboarding- we’re invested in your success Schedule/Staff that demand work/life balance Collegial work environment/Family feel EPIC EMR

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as APRN/PA in Urology
• Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or
• Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant
• BLS, ACLS
• DEA
• Florida License (or eligible)
• Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
• Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures

Nice To Haves

• Three years of previous experience as RN preferred
• Urology experience is a plus but not required.
