About The Position
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the Physician's Assistant provide primary medical care, and preventive health care services to patients throughout the lifespan. Functions in one or more Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) settings including office, patient home, nursing facility, or inpatient. Patient care is provided under the supervision of a CHMG physician for the Physician's Assistant, and in collaboration with a CHMG physician for the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
