About The Position
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and the Physician's Assistant (PA) provide primary medical care and preventive health care services to patients throughout their lifespan. They function in one or more Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) settings, which may include office, patient home, nursing facility, or inpatient environments. Patient care is provided under the supervision of a CHMG physician for the Physician's Assistant, and in collaboration with a CHMG physician for the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
