  • Proven ability to manage performance through data and meaningful conversation, including difficult discussions and formal improvement plans
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings strongly preferred
  • Strong bias toward action and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment

  • Manage provider scorecards and review KPIs to identify strengths and areas for development.
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in partnership with clinical leadership, and manage the full provider lifecycle from onboarding through separations with fairness and consistency.
  • Communicate proactively with providers around patient escalations, feedback trends, and productivity, delivering candid, caring guidance that helps providers grow and patients thrive.
  • Host regular office hours to align your team on clinical standards, navigate operational change, and strengthen team culture.
  • Participate actively in QA reviews to continuously raise the bar on care quality.
  • Coordinate coverage across the provider group to ensure providers and patients are never left without support.

  • Partner with Clinical Operations to resolve operational blockers and keep providers focused on patient care.
  • Collaborate with Practice Operations on scheduling, availability, and capacity planning to meet patient demand.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual care across a range of women's health conditions while modeling the clinical standards and documentation excellence you champion across your team.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients managing hormonal and metabolic conditions, including PCOS, menstrual dysfunction, menopause and hormone management, fertility concerns, and weight-related conditions.
  • Initiate and monitor evidence-based treatment plans using medications, lifestyle interventions, and technology-based solutions.
  • Provide high-quality patient education and personalized care planning.
  • Respond to patients through secure messaging and follow-up platforms.
  • Maintain complete and timely documentation in the EHR.
  • Collaborate with dietitians, behavioral health providers, and referring clinicians to coordinate comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
  • Help shape how care is delivered at scale by contributing to clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and provider education.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain clinical protocols, care pathways, and SOPs that keep the team aligned on best practices as Allara grows.
  • Contribute to QI initiatives that move the needle on patient outcomes.
  • Build training and education resources for the provider team, including onboarding materials, clinical education content, and tools that support ongoing development.
