About The Position
As one of two Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) Enforcement Delivery Managers, you will provide leadership and management to a group of Team Leaders and their teams. You will be responsible for teams that are geographically dispersed and operating across the UK. This role also incorporates the management of the Delegated Examiner Scheme and the Compliance Team. In this role you will lead on the development and performance management for the ADI and CBT Enforcement Managers, ensuring they deliver a quality service to customers while meeting Business Plan and Secretary of State targets. You will ensure regular quality control activities are undertaken within their teams. You will be responsible for implementing at a national level, all relevant Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) policy(s) to facilitate the achievement of own objectives and the wider DVSA objectives. You will work collaboratively with another SEO colleague, to lead ADI / CBT Enforcement, leading business change initiatives, supporting your senior manager in the realisation of benefits, and representing the Agency with all relevant stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will be a role model to support a culture of engagement, fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You will lead and implement change within your team and ensure concerns from customers and stakeholders are dealt with at the appropriate level to DVSA expectations.
