Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
• Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.
• Help with the installation and updating of software applications.
• Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.
• Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
• Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab.
• Unbox and scan returned equipment.
• Perform OEM diagnostics for returned devices.
• Repair and clean used hardware.
• Box and tape completed equipment.
