About The Position

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. We Offer: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Pain training About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This position is temporarily remote.

Requirements

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
