About The Position
As a Spirit Operations Apprentice, you will be part of a 2-year apprenticeship program where you will learn the whisky making process at various distilleries and warehousing operations. This position is located within the Malt Distillery team, responsible for production operations at malt distilleries across Speyside and Orkney. You will gain hands-on experience and training in compliance with industry health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as control production processes to ensure product quality and staff safety. At the end of the program, you will receive a Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Qualification and an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
