Apprentice Service Advisor
About The Position
What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements: Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment Generate repair orders for customers Dispatch the job to the proper technician Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor Calculate customer’s payment Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High school education or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Flexibility with schedule to work nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Must be able to manage relationships across all channels and levels
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in cashier/credit card systems preferred but not required.
