About The Position
A Scaffold Apprentice is responsible for assisting in building, demoing, staging and modifying components of scaffolding. The position requires promoting and instilling Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business, complying with all manufacturer's specifications, and working closely with an assigned Mentor as per the SSW Program. The apprentice must follow all Brock, Contractor's, and governmental safety requirements and perform work in accordance with Contractor Specifications. The role involves taking direction from the Scaffold Journeyman and Foreman to learn the proper tools and equipment to use for specified tasks, developing the ability to read specifications such as blueprints, and identifying the type of scaffolding material to be used for the job.
