Apprentice - Scaffold

A Scaffold Apprentice is responsible for assisting in building, demoing, staging and modifying components of scaffolding. The position requires promoting and instilling Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture, complying with all manufacturer's specifications, and working closely with an assigned Mentor as per the SSW Program. The apprentice must follow all safety requirements and take direction from the Scaffold Journeyman and Foreman to learn the proper tools and equipment to use for specified tasks. The role also involves developing the ability to read specifications, install scaffolding components, and complete safety paperwork.
