  • Arrive to the job site each day on time and ready to work.
  • Participate in weekly huddles to celebrate wins, work tips, and address concerns.
  • Think safety and work safely, participate in safety training, and report hazards.
  • Implement all assigned work orders with timely completion per specification.
  • Provide constant communication with the homeowner and account manager.
  • Maintain accurate pictures and update tasks within our CRM.
  • Properly operate and maintain work vehicles and equipment.
  • Track time totals using payroll software and report weekly assigned KPI.
  • Develop and cultivate a strong knowledge of our products and services.
  • Always look for small improvement opportunities.
  • Proficient installing 5K gutter.
  • Produce minimum 1,500 daily revenue.
  • Basic proficiency with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar).
  • Must be 21 years of age and have an insurable Driver's License.
  • Supply or acquire tools (cordless drill, impact driver, snips, etc.).
  • Have reliable transportation and not rely on others.
  • Experience installing heat tape.
  • Experience installing chimney caps.
  • Experience installing leaf guards.
  • Set your own schedule.

  • Job security with a well-established company.
  • Health insurance after 3 months of employment.
  • 401K contribution eligibility after 3 months.
  • Paid vacation time after 1 year.
