At Barron, our Apprentice Plumber will: Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service Assist with residential retrofit and light commercial plumbing installations and repairs Work with a variety of piping materials, fittings, and plumbing systems under the guidance of a Lead Plumber Learn and follow applicable plumbing codes, health and safety standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces An outstanding Apprentice Plumber will have the following natural strengths & talents: Strong attention to detail Excellent at prioritizing and managing time effectively Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Natural problem solver A passion for challenges A drive for continuous learning Team player who collaborates effectively

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of working experience (required)
  • Valid Washington State Plumbing Trainee card (required)
  • Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
