Requirements
- A strong desire to learn a trade and a positive, "team-first" attitude.
- A consistent track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in fitting and installing water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.
- Learn to test pipe systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges to ensure a zero-defect product.
- Assist with cutting openings in floors or walls to accommodate pipes and fittings.
- Maintain a clean workspace and learn the safe operation of hand and power tools.
- Follow all established building codes and company SOPs to ensure the structural integrity of every home.
