About The Position

Roto-Rooter is committed to your professional development, providing an initial 12 weeks of paid training, followed by ongoing training through our plumbing school. This comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in the plumbing trade and guide you through the plumber licensing process, ensuring you have the support needed to advance your career. In this role, you will utilize your skills to diagnose plumbing and drain problems, providing effective solutions for our customers. Each service call will begin with a thorough assessment of the issue, followed by providing cost estimates to the customer. You will be responsible for making the necessary repairs, documenting estimates and invoices using a provided smartphone, and collecting payments before moving on to the next service call. This hands-on experience will not only enhance your technical skills but also improve your customer service abilities, making you a valuable asset to our team.
