About The Position

Join Continental Toyota as an Apprentice or Semi Skilled Technician, where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a dynamic automotive service environment. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership – familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems. You will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Requirements

ASE certifications required or minimum 3 years experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Effective analytical and communication skills
Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds
