The New York Power Authority is seeking an Apprentice to perform all required tasks related to the trade associated with the respective project under direct supervision. The role involves working with and assisting an Operator of a higher grade, performing tasks that the Apprentice has completed and signed off in the Apprenticeship Program, and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of workshops and equipment in current work areas. The Apprentice is expected to complete training in the Apprenticeship Program at the pace and knowledge level prescribed in the Apprentice and Training Standard.
