• Commitment to complete the Meat Apprenticeship Program and become a licensed Meat Cutter.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a diverse team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and produce quality output within deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality standards in product management and presentation.
• Effectively perform meat cutting responsibilities and minimize loss while producing visually attractive merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate product information to increase sales.
• Participate in physical inventories and practices inventory control.
• Ensure that the highest quality products are stocked and remove outdated products from sales areas.
