About The Position
The Apprentice Meat Cutter position is a 36-week program designed for individuals interested in learning the traditional skill of meat cutting. Apprentices will work alongside experienced meat managers and cutters, gaining hands-on experience in preparing various meat products. The role involves ensuring the quality, freshness, safety, and profitability of Harmons' fresh cut meat products. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will be evaluated and may receive a raise and potential placement in a permanent position within the meat department.
