About The Position

The Master Data Software Engineering Apprentice position at HP is a 15-month apprenticeship program designed to provide hands-on experience in software engineering within the Supply Chain IT functions. The role involves working collaboratively with a global team to design and implement solutions primarily on the SAP platform, focusing on high-volume master data applications. Apprentices will learn key software development skills, including analysis, design, development, and testing, while contributing to real-world projects and engaging in an agile work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
• Prior interest and experience in application coding and development.
• Exposure to web development through personal projects, academics, or professional experience.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
• Curiosity to learn supply chain principles and concepts.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Willingness to build proficiency in Client server and SAP technologies.
• Willingness to learn about Application Operations and ITIL framework.
