About The Position
As an Apprentice Jeweler at Signet Jewelers, you will embark on a journey to learn the intricate craft of jewelry repair and fine jewelry creation within one of our elite Design & Service Centers. This position is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills and advance from a beginner to an artisan level in a supportive and promote-from-within environment. You will work closely with experienced jewelers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of jewelry making and repair. Your role will not only focus on skill development but also on enhancing the productivity of the jewelry workshop by assisting jewelers at different stages of the repair and creation processes. Your responsibilities will include polishing, quality control, and assisting in shipping processes. You will also have the opportunity to interact directly with customers, discussing their jewelry repair needs and ensuring that their expectations are met with exceptional quality and timely delivery. Our Design & Service Center team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience, and as an Apprentice Jeweler, you will play a crucial role in upholding this commitment.
