The Insulation Apprentice is responsible for assisting in installation, fitting, fabrication and attachment of insulation, finishing and weatherproofing materials. This role promotes Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business and requires compliance with all manufacturer's specifications and safety requirements. The apprentice will work closely with an assigned Mentor as per the SSW Program and will take direction from their Journeyman Insulator and Foreman to learn the proper materials, tools, and equipment for specified tasks. The position involves learning to read specifications, selecting insulation materials, sorting and organizing materials, and completing safety paperwork.
