About The Position

The Apprentice Instructor at Club Pilates is responsible for leading group Pilates classes, assisting clients in their practice, and promoting overall health and fitness. Requirements

• All Canvas hours completed.
• At least 250 hours of training completed.
• Test Out Date set with Master Trainer within 90 days of hiring.
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Desire to build a successful business and private clientele as well as group loyalty.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
• Focus on customer service with effective communication skills.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group classes for up to 12 clients effectively and safely.
• Communicate movement directions to participants verbally.
• Assist clients in their Pilates practice to promote health, muscle tone, and better posture.
• Provide modifications to fit the needs of group and individual class members.
• Incorporate props into class flows expertly.
• Assist with cleaning tasks to maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Bend, lift, or demonstrate exercises as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
