Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to use computer and necessary software.
• Interest or experience in home A/V products.
• Eagerness to build technical knowledge and develop new skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well as part of a team.
• Ability to identify problems and find ways to resolve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Learn on-the-job under the supervision of experienced CEDIA certified A/V technicians.
• Deliver and install A/V products sold in the store.
• Complete hands-on projects on job sites.
• Earn certifications to advance in your career with Crutchfield.
• Act as a Crutchfield ambassador to customers by exceeding their expectations.
