Responsibilities

• Bathe, dry, clip nails, express anal glands, clean ears, and detangle fur of dogs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for each dog, evaluating their eyes, ears, nails, teeth, coat, and skin.
• Communicate service fees and convey the value of additional services to pet parents.
• Manage furry clients according to their needs, prioritizing those with extra grooming appointments.
• Maintain a clean bathing area by sanitizing and vacuuming.
• Greet each dog and their owner by name, providing estimated pick-up times and showcasing customer service.
• Fill out kennel cards with special notes, health concerns, or specific customer requests.
• Ensure dogs are well-hydrated and monitor them for signs of stress.
• Respond promptly to any personnel or dog injuries to ensure a safe environment.
