About the position
The Campaign Specialist role at Algolia involves supporting the Field and Partner marketing teams in streamlining and optimizing events and campaigns. This includes tasks such as creating planning documents, tracking actions, identifying production bottleneck issues, ensuring content translations, and maintaining brand and campaign quality standards. The role also involves collaborating on campaigns, supporting field marketing managers in executing events and programs, and managing the Events & Webinars page on the website. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities, be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on all campaigns
- Support end-to-end campaign set up using Marketo and SFDC
- Maintain and track UTMs for all campaigns
- Maintain Field Marketing section in Sales Enablement tools
- Ensure adherence to marketing processes
- Consolidate performance reports
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Support field marketing managers in executing events and programs
- Initiate and maintain event-specific plans and actions using tools like Asana and JIRA
- Liaise with Brand Design team for creative collaterals
- Benchmark vendors
- Support regional Field/Partner Marketing Managers with event logistics
- Manage Events & Webinars page on the website
- Support events planning and execution
- Ideally have an apprenticeship period of 2 years
- Have a BS or BA in marketing, communication, business, or related area of study or apprenticeship
- Be curious, creative, and analytical
- Collaborate across various teams
- Have strong time management and deadline focus
- Be eager to learn fast on a multitude of marketing skills and tools
- Be able to work simultaneously on various projects
- Have great project management capabilities
- Be willing to take ownership and be held accountable
- Have English proficiency, fluency in French is a plus
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-growing workplace and can multi-task
- Have a good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite (optional)
- Prior marketing experience is a plus (optional)
