About the Role:
At Bourbon Steak, the apprentice bartender (barback) plays a vital role in supporting the bar team and ensuring seamless service. Responsible for maintaining bar organization, restocking supplies, and assisting with preparation, the apprentice bartender helps create an environment where bartenders can focus on delivering world-class cocktails and hospitality. This role requires energy, teamwork, and attention to detail, making it an essential part of the guest experience.

What you bring to the table:

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong beverage knowledge
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
• Are the minimum age to serve alcohol
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
