About The Position

As an Apprentice Bartender, you will assist experienced bartenders in providing excellent beverage service to guests, while learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become a fully qualified bartender. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders in preparing and serving drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Learn proper handling and usage of bar tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and stockroom.
• Restock ingredients, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Assist in checking IDs to verify minimum age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
• Observe and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle basic customer interactions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Shadow experienced staff to learn upselling techniques, drink recipes, and bar operations.
