Speedy Glass offers a competitive starting salary and incremental pay raises as you gain expertise. You will start the program at $ 20.00 an hour. When you complete the program, your hourly rate will go up to $25 an hour, a $5-an-hour raise. You will also be eligible to participate in our bonus and incentive pay programs. Have a job and a life. Upon successful completion of the program and passing the Certified Technician standardized test as specified by the Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC), you receive a Certificate of Apprenticeship. Program qualifications include: At least18 years old A high school diploma or GED is preferred. A state-issued driver’s license or the ability to obtain one. After you complete the paid classroom, distance and hands-on learning and pass the Certified Technician standardized test as specified by the AGSC, you will be ready to grow in your auto glass career.
