Under general supervision, identify, photograph, inspect, update attributes, confirm, and otherwise document and value current physical status of real property in accordance with: • Oklahoma statutes, • Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) rules, • International Association of Assessing Officer (IAAO) standards, and • Assessor office policies. As this is a public office, and due to conflict of interest concerns, all employees of the Tulsa County Assessor’s Office must place any real estate license in an INACTIVE status while employed here, or as soon as any current transactions are completed.
